-jan 2008-

so i was beginning to feel kind of uninspired by the "one picture a day" concept - it's kind of amazing actually, i started feeling incredibly pressured to take the perfect picture everyday, so much so that it began to interfere with the enjoyment i was having of my day. so i've decided to switch it up and just make this my picture blog.

hope you enjoy :)

we had a heated debate in chinese class about whether the sun is nearest to us in the morning or in the afternoon. argument 1: in the morning, the sun looks larger, and nearer objects are larger, hence the sun is closest in the morning. argument 2: in the afternoon, the sun is hotter, and hotter objects are closer, hence minimum distance between the sun and us occurs in the afternoon.
